This website presents the BTR and ORA product lines distributed by American Pro Nutrition LLC and is intended for distributors, retailers and business partners. It is not an online store: no purchases are made on this site. Information published here (products, specifications, availability, countries) is general and informative; scope, price and conditions of any supply are set in the written quote or agreement.

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Read the label, follow the serving indicated and keep out of reach of children. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Images and descriptions are for illustration. The product label always prevails. Some images may show packaging concepts or renders; specifications, packaging, flavors and presentations may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the information is free of errors or always up to date.

We distribute in Venezuela and Colombia. Availability of each product depends on the regulatory requirements of each country, including sanitary registration, notification or import permits where applicable. A product shown on this site is not a guarantee of availability or of regulatory authorization in a given country. FemPro is currently offered in Venezuela only. The distributor or importer is responsible for the registrations, permits and authorizations required in its market (see the Distribution and Product Policies).

This site does not publish prices. Submitting the contact form or receiving a quote does not create an obligation to contract or to supply for either party. A commercial relationship exists only when both parties accept in writing a quote or agreement that identifies the products, price, quantities, delivery terms and conditions. Quotes have the validity stated in them and may vary with cost, exchange rate, freight and market conditions.

We do not guarantee sales, profitability, margins or market acceptance of any product. Reselling, pricing, advertising and compliance in each market are the responsibility of the distributor. Individual results from using the supplements may vary.

BTR, Born To Raze, ORA, American Pro Nutrition and their logos, trade dress, images, texts, design and code belong to their respective owners or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without prior written permission, except for the personal, non-commercial use the law allows. Distributors may use brand assets only as authorized in writing.

When using the site you agree not to: (a) submit false information or information about third parties without their permission; (b) attempt unauthorized access to the systems, interfere with their operation or bypass security measures; (c) send malicious content, mass or unsolicited messages (spam); (d) use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others; or (e) extract data from the site in an automated way that overloads the service.

If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, that communication is also governed by the terms of that provider, which we do not control. We will never ask for passwords or banking access data through those channels. Payments are coordinated only as stated in the written quote or agreement.

The site and its content are offered “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions, to the extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Pro Nutrition LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, sales, opportunities or reputation arising from the use of the site. Unless a written agreement provides otherwise, the total liability of American Pro Nutrition LLC for any claim related to a supply is limited to the amount actually paid for that specific supply. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, nor the non-waivable rights the law grants to consumers.

The distributor will hold American Pro Nutrition LLC harmless against third-party claims arising from the products it imports or resells without the required authorizations, from advertising or claims it makes about the products that go beyond the label, from breach of these terms or of applicable rules, or from false information it supplied, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties will try to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for thirty (30) days after one of them gives written notice of the conflict. If it is not resolved, the state or federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, unless a written agreement between the parties provides another mechanism. This does not affect rights that the mandatory law of the user’s country of residence grants, nor the right to go to the data protection or consumer authorities of that country.

We may update these terms; the current version and date appear at the top of this page, and continued use of the site after publication implies acceptance of the changes, without prejudice to written agreements already signed. If these terms are translated, the Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
